Social support is provided to the families of children who are receiving treatment in pediatric oncology and hematology services under the cover of the project, which was established to be implemented in partnership with IHH Humanitarian Relief Fund and AID.
The aim of the project is to contribute to the treatment process by reducing the financial and moral burden on families. Within the scope of the project, support is provided by contacting families in cooperation with 7 hospitals. In addition, sometimes support can be provided for the current needs of hospitals in their wards.
We provide services in Istanbul, Şanlıurfa, Hatay-Reyhanlı and Jarabulus with the support of Kuwait Zakat House, IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation and AID Alliance of International Doctors. In September 2020, we launched our 4th center in Idlib.
İHH İnsani Yardım Vakfı ve AID ortaklığında uygulanmaya başlanan proje kapsamında pediatrik onkoloji ve hematoloji servislerinde tedavi görmekte olan çocukların ailelerine sosyal destek sağlanmaktadır.
Projenin amacı aileler üzerindeki maddi ve manevi yükü azaltarak tedavi sürecine katkı sağlamaktır. Proje kapsamında şu an için 7 hastane ile işbirliği içerisinde aileler ile iletişime geçilerek destek sunulmaktadır. Buna ek olarak hastanelerin servislerindeki mevcut ihtiyaçları konusunda da zaman zaman destekler sağlanabilmektedir.
Toplamda 134 aileye nakdi sosyal destek sağlandı.
